The Society Room of Hartford is one of Connecticut’s most stunning and unique venues. Originally built in 1834 as the Society for Savings Bank, the Society Room is a venue unlike any other. With its sweeping grand staircase, marble columns, and gilded mural ceiling, the venue exudes classic glamour. The building’s original bank vault is still in use today and is a magical backdrop for photos. Located in historic downtown Hartford, the Society Room is just steps away from other iconic locations for photo ops including Pratt Street, Hartford City Hall and the Capitol Building.
